Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement without reason within fourteen days. The cancellation period runs fourteen days from the day that you, or a third party who is not a carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Kemitron GmbH, An den Kiesgruben 14, 73240 Wendlingen am Neckar, Tel.: +49 (0)7024 / 95060, info@kemitron.de) of your decision to cancel this agreement by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., a posted letter, fax or email). You may use the attached cancellation form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period deadline, it is sufficient that communication of your exercise of cancellation rights be dispatched before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we will promptly reimburse all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of costs arising from a delivery choice other than the cheapest standard shipping offered by us), at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this agreement. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment methods as in the original transaction, unless an alternative has been explicitly agreed to; in no case will you be charged a fee for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have dispatched the goods.

You must send back or hand over the goods promptly and in every case within fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is deemed met if the goods are dispatched before expiry of the fourteen day period. You must bear the immediate costs of return shipment of the goods. You must only pay for any loss of value to the goods if this loss of value results from handling other than what is necessary to assess the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
